SUGGESTED USE: As a dietary supplement May cause initial mild gastro-intestinal upset  and should subside after regular use. 

ADULTS: Use of MSM is individual, condition and benefit dependent and should be adjusted accordingly as required. ½ teaspoon (2g), 1 to 3 times a day dissolved in water.

Do not exceed more than 6g per daily dose

No added fillers or bulking agents.

Always use a dry spoon and after use ensure lid is closed tightly.
