ACTIVE INGREDIENTS PER CAPSULE:

Dried herbal powder & extract equivalent to Artichoke herb 750mg (Cynara scolymus)

ADULTS:  One to two capsules, with water, two to three times daily before meals or as recommended by your health care professional.
