ACTIVE INGREDIENTS PER CAPSULE:
Urtica dioica (Nettle, leaf powder) 200mg. Urtica dioica (Nettle) 500mg [leaf, as 25mg of 20:1 extract].
SUGGESTED USE: As a dietary supplement.
ADULTS: One capsule two to three times daily with water, or as recommended by your health care professional.
Not recommended for children and pregnant women.
